How We Do?
Initial Discussion
The discussion starts with understanding each other and determining a common goal. It helps you to learn about our team's personality as well as the technologies on which we have worked. Once everything is clear and we have the project requirement document, we initiate the project!
Project Proposal
Now that the discussion rounds are over, we huddle and move to create the proposal. It includes functional requirements, your objectives/pain points and how Invimatic can leverage its tech expertise to deliver on the promise.
Solution Architecture, UX and UI design
We involve our UX designers and web developers in this phase. App architecture, technology stack, data flow, and integration points are all defined. Our design teams conduct UI/UX research and design wireframes, prototypes and interface mockups.
MVP launch (upon request)
In this phase, our teams will create an engaging interface, set up the architecture, and choose the right technologies and tools to deliver your MVP to market within a time span of 90-120 business days.
Development and testing
We follow agile practices throughout the project. We build and deliver continuously in small increments via the automated CI/CD pipelines. We have delivery and feedback mockups every 2 weeks, wherein the software is tested and approved for further development. We ensure that client feedback is aptly integrated into our entire SDLC.
Deployment (and 3-month maintenance)
Following the completion of the development, meetings are held to guide you through the UAT and go-live processes. This is followed by User acceptance Tests and software monitor processing. Finally, roles and duties for application support within the teams are specified. With this, the project deployment is completed.
Project handover / continuous support (on demand)
At last, a project evaluation is carried out, with assured post-deployment support if requested!
